Wanderlust Experiences curates and sells travel experiences delivered by independent local suppliers across multiple countries. We act as the booking platform and agent for the experiences listed on this site.

Wanderlust Experiences forms part of the DEEBO LLC group of companies. Payments for bookings made through this platform are made to, and processed through, a DEEBO LLC account.

Wanderlust Experiences is the travel and experience brand you interact with when browsing and booking on this site.

DEEBO LLC is the group company that acts as the contracting and/or payment entity for transactions made through the platform. Your payment is processed and received through a DEEBO LLC account.

Where a transaction is structured so that DEEBO LLC is the contracting entity, DEEBO LLC is the party with whom you contract for the relevant booking. If you are unsure which entity applies to your booking, contact us before booking.

The exact legal entity name, jurisdiction and registered details of DEEBO LLC should be confirmed with us where required for your records or local compliance.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. We do not offer deposit-only, pay-later, or pay-on-arrival options.

A booking is not confirmed and no travel date is reserved until payment has been successfully received and cleared. Failed or abandoned payments do not create a confirmed booking.

We reserve the right to decline a booking. If we decline a booking, any amount already charged will be refunded in full.

You must provide accurate traveller details at booking and meet any experience-specific requirements (for example age, fitness level, or required documents).

You are responsible for obtaining valid travel documents such as passports and visas, and for arranging appropriate travel insurance.

Each experience is delivered by an independent local supplier. The supplier’s own terms may apply to the on-the-day delivery of the experience. Where supplier terms conflict with these terms, the supplier terms govern the delivery of the experience itself.

We may make reasonable changes to an experience (such as itinerary or timing) where necessary. We will communicate any material changes to you; you may accept the change or receive a refund.

A minimum of 14 days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. See our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy for details.

We act as booking agent and are not the provider of the experience. Liability for the delivery, safety and quality of an experience rests with the supplier. We are not liable for acts or omissions of suppliers that are beyond our control.

These terms may be governed by the laws applicable to your booking and the relevant supplier. The governing-law and jurisdiction provisions applicable to DEEBO LLC as contracting/payment entity should be confirmed with us before booking.
