Wanderlust Experiences curates and sells travel experiences delivered by independent local suppliers. We act as the booking platform and agent for the experiences listed on this site.

Wanderlust Experiences forms part of the DEEBO LLC group of companies. Booking payments made through this platform are processed and received through a DEEBO LLC account using our payment processor, Stripe.

Email info@deebo.co.jp for bookings, changes, cancellations, and support. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. We do not offer deposit-only, pay-later, or pay-on-arrival options.

If you pay with a card or bank account in another currency, the amount is converted by your bank at its own rate and additional fees may apply. Any service fees are clearly shown before you complete payment.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe on behalf of DEEBO LLC. We do not store full card details on our servers. A booking is confirmed only after payment has successfully cleared.

A minimum of 14 days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Within 14 days of the experience, cancellations are not eligible for a refund and rescheduling is at our and the supplier’s discretion and may incur a fee.

No-shows and late arrivals are not eligible for refunds. If we or the supplier must cancel, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

We do not offer subscriptions or recurring charges. Each booking is a single one-time payment.
