Leap into four different cenotes (flooded sinkholes) amid a jungle oasis in the Yucatan – all in one day! Rappel and zipline over rock walls into the crystalline springs, and explore the caverns by kayak, snorkel and inner tube. - The pickup operates from different hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya and if your hotel is not in our routes we are going to confirm the pickup at the nearest point available.
- Tours and days of operation are subject to availability and changes.
- If by the time you had confirmed your purchase you do not have your hotel name, you must call us at least 24 hrs before your visit day to arrange your pickup.
- This visit is not recommended for people suffering from cardiac, pulmonary or spinal problems, asthma, diabetes or hypertension, or for pregnant women.
- Also keep in mind that due to the location of the cenotes is in the middle of the jungle, mobile phone service is probably unavailable, some roads to reach them are not paved and could be bumpy.
- The average temperature of the Cenote water is between 75 and 78°F during the year.

- All requests for changes, cancellations and/or refunds on bookings must be in the 24-hour or more window prior to the visit date.
- We accept changes in visit dates from one month to the next (valid until the current year and subject to changes in public tariffs)
